E-mail on iPhone

Connect your e-mail address to your iPhone or iPad.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account.

2. Choose Other → Add Mail Account.

3. Fill in:

   Name: your display name

   Email: your full e-mail address

   Password: your e-mail password

4. Tap Next.

5. Choose IMAP and enter the server details:

   Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com — port 993, SSL

   Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com — port 465, SSL

   Username: your full e-mail address

6. Tap Next and wait for verification to finish.

7. Tap Save.

Setting up e-mail on Android

The steps for Android (Gmail app) are similar:

1. Open Gmail → Settings → Add account → Other.

2. Enter your e-mail address and tap Manual setup.

3. Choose IMAP.

4. Enter the same server details as above.

5. Tap Next to finish setup.

Not working? Check that you're using your full e-mail address as the username (not just the part before the @), and make sure your domain has a valid SSL certificate.
